That's always been the plan, yes. It just takes me forever to both go over the TL and then TS everything, SFX included, so updates will definitely be irregular. The series isn't that long from what I've been told, so it shouldn't take forever... I hope...

I don't think it was, no. The pace is rather fast from the first volume already, so I think it was planned that way from the beginning.
