There's some interesting hints in lines, Tsubame saying "the drama club will be resuming its activities this year" and highlighting the irony in having someone else play Hiiragi Tsubame. The name, Hiiragi Tsubame, is always italicized when Tsubame thinks it. To me there's an implication Tsubame is already acting another actual person, but it's a just a feeling.

Meanwhile there's the first framing of a conflict between Tsubame's desire to change herself and Sakura's desire for Tsubame to stay her unshakeable muse.

Holy shit this chapter was so endlessly awesome
The way Tsubame apparently thrives under the pressure and scrutiny, the trios' differing degrees of intensity, I love it all.
I especially like that Sakura feels almost exaggeratedly intense at times. Like, in most circumstances it'd feel wrong because it'd feel like too much, but in this case they're just matching each other's freak <3

I believe Kuze could play it by the ear and invite Tsubame still, and Tsubame could then follow the script to pull the surprise.

If the person comes onstage for nefarious purpose, they'd be as dumbfounded as the audience. If they were being kind, they'd be impressed. Either way, Sakura's script and Kuze's experience basically surefired Tsubame's win.

Tsubame wants Sakura to be heard while Sakura wants Tsubame to be seen. they're prefect for each other.

at first i was worried about Kuze's introduction but it's really nice that instead of adding conflict, she is another potential ally.

would be interesting how their relationships will further develop.
