Most of it is pretty generic shoujo comfort food. Somehow it doesn't feel very inspired, maybe I'm getting jaded. XD

Wow, this is the epitome of shoujo. Her parents leave on a traveling trip and she moves to Tokyo and meets the her soul mate. Do they're highschool dropouts?? For a basic bakery inspection, there should be at least one adult supervisor, for the sake of reputation and safety. This, just bends the norm to make it fit for the manga. HECK! even the dad "only selling normal bread". They just desperately needed an antagonist. That's just so stupid, of courservice he'd need unique types to sell. Yghhsjjkaa

Imo, its pretty cute. Not too short not lengthy at all. Can be easily to pass your time (little work break, etc(. I enjoyed it and many of her similar series.
