For those curious as to why updates have stopped, the manga has been on an unofficial hiatus since October.
Throw Away the Suit Together runs in the monthly magazine Yuri Hime which always has a list of which series will be appearing next issue. Every month Suit ch13 has been on that list but then isn't published, once again being listed as coming next time.
Keyyan is apologetic but no reason has been given.

All we can do is hope for the best.

You can pick up new issues of Yuri Hime digitally on Amazon, though it's going to cost you. Older chapters also get uploaded to Nico Nico Seiga for free.
