Having began yesterday, I find this story very refreshing to read, if a bit over the top with drama at times. I was particularly impressed with the last arc and seeing the swindler break down in guilt and whatnot. That being said, I must wonder why she didn't fess to the teachers about what she did if she no longer needed her father's job. I imagine such an event would severely tarnish the image of Soushi's brother.

Having began yesterday, I find this story very refreshing to read, if a bit over the top with drama at times. That being said, I must wonder why she didn't fess to the teachers about what she did if she no longer needed her father's job. I imagine such an event would severely tarnish the image of Soushi's brother.

Maybe they convinced her not to, since she would be punished too for framing them, her father might got punished in revenge too, and frankly fessing up may not even work too well after teachers and everyone was already convinced main couple did that and decided on punishment, since it would require a reversal of existing judgement - especially since brother is respected, so claiming he framed them would be hard without a good proof, not just Kei's words which would be seen as unreliable after admitting to lying once already. I guess most people would think Kei was blackmailed by our villain couple into reversing her course, or that they paid her, instead of tarnishing image of the brother.

It was probably not worth it for them. They know they actually won in tests, and they got new, loyal member of their evil army.
