That man is not a frontliner as has been shown time and time again, he's only useful in fights if he takes performance enhancing drugs or gadgets. He's in his element in front of a comuter screen with his hacking, and his bullshitery is also getting better. Basically don't send otacon to do Snake's job.

I think my main issue was he's overused as a joke punching bag that was frustrating to read.
