@HelveticaFont Thanks. I hate it when color pages are printed in B&W and not kept in color when it makes it into a book. You'd think they would keep the color pages in color for the book print, for the fans, but publishers always cheap out and just go with pure B&W which usually looks like crap. Many times the original color prints can't be sourced with a decent quality other then crappy low resolution, poor color, poor scan raws.

Yes, there is a story.

Methinks they actually do want agents with this attitude; otherwise they wouldn't have gone to all that effort to "recruit" him.
It's just... they'd really like them to be capable of pulling it off.
So that they lose fewer agents, not more.
Which is why they don't go out of their way to "encourage" such behaviours.

Especially since it's obvious that he'll dive in without enough time for anyone to think that he's actually thought everything out, so he's really got to be the best of the best at improvising.

Now, in regard to that outfit...
We've yet to see if she actually wears that when on a mission, or if it's just what she likes to wear while hanging out.
(And, yes, she was hanging out...)

It could also be psychological warfare...
The men will drool, while the women will mutter about "useless bags of meat" while looking daggers in her direction...
And in both cases be less effective than otherwise.

1. Yeah, what they said; what's up with teacher lady having her bags floppin' out?
Seems a bit past ridiculous, to me. Like... "here's mah tiddies! How's you today?"
WTF, man...?

2. Could somebody please inform mangaka at large, just all of them, that other countries don't usually name animals after onomatopœia?
Rabbits don't make a "rabi" sound, they actually scream like a child being tortured. It's a horrible noise, but... it doesn't sound even a bit like "Ra-bi."
Rabbits go "boing," or rabbit go "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!" and sometimes they go "WHAAAAaaaiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeee!!!!" and both noises are terrible.
So... rabbit go boing.
Yeah.
Uh.

3. Why is there always some idiot (in life as well as manga) who thinks you're supposed to duke it out, or go it alone?
Like... my brother in christ; barn-raising is a thing because doing it yourself is inefficient! Wildly, insanely, stupidly inefficient!
Sure, you can do it solo, but it's a helluvalot easier to just accept help...
