I noticed it too, but then I realized we're not seeing her phone at all.
All the other phones are either cut in half, or shot to pieces, but that one girl's phone is nowhere to be seen. The effects make it look like her phone's been "struck down", but the effect actually belongs to the guy in front of her, whose phone's been split in half.
For all we know, the girl's just surprised even if the attack isn't aimed at her. Notice how most students have taken cover on the next page, including all the girls.
So there's no evidence that girl had her phone struck down, or that she's been using one to take pictures.
