Which changes were important here? I only caught three changes in total (the girl wearing the pumpkin mask has a different design, one panel shows a printer(?) in the observatory, and the author redrew the main girl waking up).

Chapter 3 has dialogue changed.
The chapter 4 that is currently posted is actually chapter 5.

Yes. the magazine version and volume versions are pretty different, at least early on.
there are some dialogue changes, character design changes, chapter ordering changes, etc.
I'm going to only translate the volume version of each chapter partly because of this.
