It's unfortunate as well, as it might not be easy for Hiiragi to gather her courage in the first place, due to her communication difficulties with the majority of people. Yet now those two were badmouthing her preliminary choice. Of course it means she knows there's no competition, but if her friends brazenly declare there's no way in hell they would ever even consider dating a certain guy, how easy would it be for her to go for him?
