Didn’t the existence of the clover guy technically make things better in this instance? I know for every other scenario he’s only hurt but in this one he directly led to the argument that let uichi stand up for himself and get the best outcome. I know that overall he’s probably a threat but he’s 1-1 rn on actually doing harm.
You might be overlooking the fact that if not for Yotsuha, he would've caused Uichi to suicide and tear apart the rest of his family. Even in this scenario he still caused Uichi to lose his tuition fees.
To be honest I don't remember much of this series' lore up to this point, but I imagine Yotsuha wants to eliminate him regardless of his intentions / plans purely because he's something out of her control and influence. He's an errant factor in her future.
Half correct, but clover is actively ruining Uichi's life and possibly would've continued to do so in other ways in the future if he wasn't eliminated, if he wasn't doing all of this and then she would've had no problems.
Ye that second part of my statement was basically a spoiler but if you thought about it a little it would've naturally came up as a reasonable theory.

Told ya, mom is the least worse than others, she just unsecured but one Uichi confirm to her that he love her and know her fear, she back up and cover for Uichi. even Mom knew that the sister fuck it up, so she the one needs to work getting that money back. only mom that totally acknowledge her mistake and say sorry to uichi. sister still try to make an excuses. Dad still the worse thou, couldn't come back with anything once his facade is broken. Glad that uichi finally said what we all thinking

It feels like endgame, I was expecting the family to stay in turmoil until the clover guy was found.

The dad is the worst while the sister is just a huge dumbass imo. The characters are still unrealistic though specially the dad so hard to argue this stuff.
I've got to disagree with the characters being unrealistic, my mother is extremely similar to Uichi's for one. They're exaggerated a bit, but not that far out of the realm of how real shitty families act

I'm proud of our boy here for standing up, but I am concerned about our girl. Even if she wins and mends everything successfully, can she really just go and have her happy ending with him? I fear that she may be too far gone, and carry too many scars to ever truly be happy in the end. She has done too much, seen too much, and has lived through too much.

Thank God he followed through. I feel like the clover guy is related to them and wouldn't be surprised if he was a half sibling. Time to erase him. Thanks for the chapter!!!
