At this point it seems like uichi actually did something worthy of revenge and the clover guy is the brother... If uichi was the bad guy all along, just think about it

So is it the implication that Eito's first victim either dropped out or offed himself and Uichi gets blamed for this over the actual monster bullies that started this abuse. This leads to Eito and co trying to put Uichi "to death" as "punishment" (when it was their damned fault to begin with) with impunity as the other classmates "blamed" Uichi for this as well.
