To be fair I think Rikka is calling the students out for trying to get in Uichi’s good graces despite their previous bullying actions, she is mocking their sudden altruism.
Not that Rikka is a saint but she does kinda have a point. Those students went from harassing him with glee to being nice just to cover their asses after Yae was exposed and dropped out… atleast at first.
