Alright so my basic theory is that: this might actually be the mom, we never got any evidence or proof of her being dead but we know she was a vindictive woman who would stop at nothing to get her way. It also seems really odd that such a character with such an intense design, was brought up and then dropped out of nowhere. The car crash in question might have actually been what killed the Dad and she recognizes MC as the cause behind it because maybe he was playing in the street or something and the dad swerved out the way and got hurt. After all, we know the "Mastermind" is seeking to get "revenge" for someone the MC supposedly "killed."

My guess is that the mom then used that as an alibi to her daughter to go down and start hunting for MC's life. If it really is the dad then the same still applies, only that it was MC who got her killed instead of it being an alibi.

A different meek kid from their class sees her doing this. She kinda mindfucks him to stay silent but after Uchi approaches him during PA class and shows him kindness seeing his nervousness (which reminds him of his old self) he spills the beans. (Yatsuba already took the pills before this and this meek bitch seen it happen). Uchi rushes to class but stopped by the PA teacher saying he can't leave in the middle of class (standard power tripping asshole) entire class tells the teacher to fuck off so he let Uchi go. He reaches the class just as the crazy bitch takes the time travel watch off of MC. Uchi pushes her off (bunch of flashbacks etc. to when she was rejected) and takes MC to hospital so she is safe. Crazy bitch gets completely and legitimately mind broken after witnessing Uchi's dedication to Yatsuba and becomes some sort of devout follower of Yatsuba.

Then with a sort of flashback (probably right after they went to hospital), we see crazy bitch handing over the watch to Yatsuba's brother.

There are more details after this point and its really dialog heavy but gist of it is that Clover is not the brother from what i understand since Yatsuba goes to meet him and he hands over the watch back to Yatsuba again saying he was there because school contacted him. Yatsuba asks about her father which makes him lash out VERY aggressively (they are in public so its ok). She goes "you are sus" in her mind but continues to search for more evidence. So the theory of clover being the father (or mother) is highly plausible.

Japan and Korea have this weird fixation with making school bullying worse than the worst thing they can think of and then also having zero caring adults in the school structure. It's not that there aren't horrible bullying cases but man they're so cruel in comics that it almost becomes banal after a while.
