Damn Ashiya sensei is more complex than she lets on. So her former crush/lover (?) has a kid now. She wants to correct the behavior of certain people. Chie, her old friend seems to have been an introvert that came out of her shell during highschool or shortly after. My guess is during highschool. Otherwise sensei wouldn't focus on her students.
Kirino doesn't want Tooru to change... To many unknowns to come up with a theory.
