This reminds me of when I was playing Pokemon Blue for the first time as a kid, I hadn't seen the show yet and I didn't know shit about the series. The first pokemon I had ever evolved was my cute little Rattata, as soon as I saw Raticate for the first time I turned off my Gameboy and reset it. I boxed my Rattata for it's own good, I couldn't let it become that thing.
