Ri Boku is the biggest dingleberry with saying such nonsense about him not abiding pointless deaths.... He actually does abide it. He does go about murdering people in a roundabout way. (Imo bystanders or average citizens are pointless deaths) He uses Man Goku saying that he's necessary. (Yes, knowing that Man Goku will go as far as to murder women, children and the elderly) Mind you, there are other generals that Zhao has. Ri Boku is a major hypocrite. I feel like out of everyone in this manga, his character is the BIGGEST hypocrite. Hara does Ri Boku (Li Mu) an injustice in this manga. His real life counterpart is a badass underdog.
