Ouhon is quite... The peacock. Does he get better? Sorta-ish. Not really but at least towards the much later volumes he comes to respect Shin. Still a snooty peacock that is rude to Shin (purely due to status and a little bit of tsundere-ness. Also the guy has Daddy issues)
