Fucking exactly dude houken did all the fucking work and even then ouki was beating his ass ouki technically won that fight like 3 times and then in the final one he was going to win again but got shot in the back with an arrow

I mean, is he really not allowed to use the assets at his disposal either? And he does pretty well even without the help of Houken, as we see from his future battle against Kanki.
