So I sneak a peak at the raw and Season 2 really picks up its pace at chapter 38... Why no official English translation I wanna understand it fully, darn it Google translate is convenient but not the most accurate... TT^TT

I contacted Lezhin about whether they would release Season 2 of King's maker and they confirmed that they would, but it would be the 18+ version with explicit details. The current version we're reading is the all-age one. Also they can't tell the official release date because the 18+ version is still not released.
