Nah. Just gotta stay in character to keep the secret even in private in case anyone eavesdrops. Saika herself is not kuudere.
The dichotomy is not explicitly mentioned here but it is pointed out in the books (in the exact scene this corresponds to).
We do get varying small glimpses into what she is like, mostly through Mushiki's internal monologue and also Kuroe's or other's comments. And of course, Mushiki is trying his best to imitate her and mostly suceeding.
There should be some fun scenes soon. Depending on how they adapt it. Pay attention to what Kuroe says to Mushiki and substract the awkwardness or confusion from Mushiki!Saika and you should have an idea what Saika is like.
