I like how this was foreshadowed (by Justiceman teleporting Kinnikuman to the location he needed to go to near the beginning of the arc) yet still a complete surprise at the same time.

That's a way to build up a bad guy.
Take a character who was pretty much unbeatable and make him lose to the new guy

This arc just keeps getting better and better. Justiceman was always one of the most, uh... "relatable (?)" of the perfect origin, it's great to see his return to the ring happen here. Even though he'll obviously lose because it's fucking Satan, I hope he manages to not die.
