I can't remember if Kendaman was mentioned, but Screwman shows up a long while ago to report some spy intel to The Man. I think it might have been before the Tower of Babel arc or maybe sooner.

honestly i think Kendaman did somewhat well for somebody who was getting jumped lol, btw i like the balance, these guys seem to be strong from the get go, but not too strong since they have 0 experience due to being newborns, i can already see them having some broken time-hax abilities lol
