@LineaR There's definitely manga with similar vibes, like Kabu no Isaki (or YKK for the stationary variation, or Kotonoba Drive for the timetravelling-bike variation) or Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou. There's a bunch of others around, and depending on what you'd still count. Mushishi, Majo no Shinzou ... tough to draw a line.
@Wesamozbaldoo i think it was the translation problem, or they can't get the raw material or something..
and well translating manga is hard and heavily time consuming, don't expect people would keep doing it for free..

But maybe you can get the official english manga books of it. Its already licensed by Vertical. And so far the first 5 volumes are out, too. So, its (already) farther than the scanlations here. ^.~
the novels, I think there’s over 20 now so you won’t run out of content for quite awhile.
or the Allison extended universe by the same author, which has guns motocycles, dogfights in biplanes, train murder mystery, treasure, and more. Though the manga only covers 1 volume out of 21 novels
