Goddamn, wasn't expecting to binge 7 regular chapters in one lunch break but here we are.
I didn't pay attention to the page count and at the end of the chapter was like "what do you mean page 121?!". Despites this page count this chapter was so easy and light to read. From what I saw vol 8 have only 2 chapters. Now I understand why.

They were thousands of miles in the sky and using dragon lady's magic to keep afloat so she couldn't leave lol. Kinda better this way really, she would have had to answer for a lot of attempted murder charges if she lived.
This is a manga, not reality. There is no such a thing as "attempted murder".

I kinda don't get what's the point of all that? Like everything she did was so damn unnecessary. Wanna go to the moon? Crazy, but sure go on. Forcing the lil demon to go on a rampage, trying to kill MC too? What for? And all that happened when there are two other lunatics on board rampaging as well. And I don't think Gannet backstory is enough reason or at least explained it well enough why she chose this way.

Been a while since I read this manga but damn it sure is heavy on "the power of friendship + horny". Literally every fight got them wet and sloppy french kissing bruh :kek:

double the flashbacks for a double length chapter. There was a lot of desperation going on here.

Ehhhhhhhh.

I think this would have a bigger impact if:

A) It wasn't so melodramatic up to this point and
2) We didn't know that humans could be linked to demon hearts to stay alive in much less time than what occurred here

So, really, she didn't have to die, but the author killed her anyway.

Hey, there's an audience for melodrama. I am audience.

Seriously though, melodrama can be good, depending on the authors' ability and how consistent the story is. After all, it's just a way to heighten the emotions of the scene, not the telltale sign of amateur writing.
