Ok, so my theory is, all those stories are about the same man with a harem, but because everyone in a harem is a yandere, he keeps getting into accidents caused by jealous girls, which leads him to lose his memory, and every time it happens one of the girls tries to use it to monopolize him.

If we do have to come up with one, maybe "lying to amnesiacs to force them into a relationship (or anything else really) is wrong - A fan-produced Anthology" or "opportunistic exploitations of amnesiacs - Anthology"? The first is fittingly long, and the latter is more westernly short!
