Why MC act like a loser??? How can he call him self an adult?? Even though he is a virgin, it’s too much...
Time to pay up for a personal trainer."In a month, please lose enough weight so that it's easily noticeable at first glance!" (Page 28)
Maybe he sat on herSo in the original start of the eroge, Lotte appeared in a wheelchair and was already out of the engagement with Claus, and he was known for assaulting women.
Is the story suggesting that out of breaking the engagement, the original Claus made Lotte a paraplegic, or maybe the reverse happened? That's ... quite brutal for an eroge, ngl.
You must have a super high metabolism or something cuz no it's not usually that easy.NGL, I have no clue why so many say loosing weight is so impossible. In most cases you don't even need to change your diet that much. Sure eating a healthy diet helps, but barring a credible medical condition, exercising a modest ammount each week will see real results.
Even of its only 15 minutes of real exertion that forces you breath thrue your mouth, three times a week and you will see improvements to both your health and energy levels. And that's 15 minutes where your body is forced breath heavily, not a 15 minute workout that leaves you breathing heavily.
Yes the heavy breathing is important. It means your heart rate is up, and your body needs the extra oxygen. And no just breathing heavily isn't going to cut it. Find some activity that makes you move your body and forces you to breath heavily.
Who said anything about it was easy? No diet is easy. You either starve yourself, take questionable chemicals that force the issue, or actually put in the effort to maintain your health. Or don't, and just live the life that you've chosen to live. You must have a super high metabolism or something cuz no it's not usually that easy.
No you don't understand. I mean that sometimes, even if you do the diet, do the exercise, put in all the work you usually do, do EVERYTHING! Even taking the chemicals, it still doesn't work because of an individuals body can just be like that. Trust me, I've seen it. My mother used to be super thin, but after she got sick once when we lived in a building with mold and bad chemicals in the walls, she gained and never lost. No matter how she tried. Gym, dozens of diets, she exercises every day, every moment she has, even at work she has exercise equipment for when she's sitting. We eat super healthy. She hates sugar and we don't usually eat anything unnecessarily fatty or unhealthy. She eventually went to the doctor to get help and they told her she was doing everything right, she's actually super healthy, it was just her metabolism and her body that won't let her lose weight. So they started her on GP1 shots, for both her health and her sleep apnea, and she's been losing very very slowly but she'll have to keep taking it her whole life. Like I said...it's not easy. And there are many many others that have similar circumstances. You never know how difficult it is for some people to lose weight compared to others. Again, it's not easy for a lot of people.Who said anything about it was easy? No diet is easy. And while true genetics plays a role, if you force your body to move, it will start consuming more energy, aka a higher metabolism. If the food you eat is highly processed snacks and fast food, you will have a hard time building strength and stamina.

You're still not listening... you're just saying "you're not trying hard enough" don't you think that's bullshit to say to a person who does everything in their absolute power but nothing works? Also, sorry about your injury, but being unable to exercise normally is only 1 way that you aren't able to lose weight. A clinical diagnosis of an INABILITY to lose weight no matter the effort you put in in ANY way to lose weight is a tad different in my opinion. Yes life sucks. What's your point? You think that just "trying your best" will somehow fix people's biological problems? I never said it didn't suck. I'm saying that "you're not trying hard enough" mentality is ignorant of the variety of different people's circumstances, like no matter what circumstances they have, is just fixed if you "try harder" because you're speaking in general terms like that "resolution" fits anyone and everyone. Im not saying that anyone should be "the ideal" either? I'm saying that if someone wanted to lose weight (which is fully their own choice) the difficulty in doing so varies from person to person. I didn't mention my mother's case for sympathy or any BS like that. It was AN EXAMPLE of how loosing weight isn't as easy as "just trying hard" because there are so many similar ways in that won't be enough no matter how "hard you try".¯\(ツ)/¯
And I blew a disk in my spine and have been mobility impaired for the last 25ish years. I walk with the limp, bending over is playing Russian roulette, and running and jumping are right out.
Life is hard for everyone that wasn't born with a silver spoon up their ass.
Again, I never said it was easy. You don't need a diet, because those inevitably fail. You need to change your routine and lifestyle into what works best to your body active and healthy. And that is never easy until it becomes so ingrained that it just part of your life.
BMI is bullshit, and so is forcing your body into what "experts" claim is ideal.
