Let me use the Krampus ending scene to show you what happened. If you haven't seen the movie you just need to know all of them were killed that christmas night.

In movie they remember all the events of that night same as let's call him like our MC as he thinks he was spared along with Mizuho, but like this kid and his family the truth is they were killed and doomed to live again and forever that night, like our MC who is now living in Kiriko's little snow globe (and living an illusion), that's why at the end when can see her watching him.

ending says the directors and the book offer a different ending. This is too confusing, good thing the author has an Ameblo page but bad thing is you have to be a member to message them. Ill bring this ending up once i feel like registering.

Most of the images in Chapters 1 and 2 are broken. I suspect the later chapters may have this problem too.

The thing I'm most confused about is where the Kiriko name came from. I just read all of it, but I didn't see anything that would explain it. Does anyone know?
