i love the delusion about a random student/classmate,dunno how many ppl would talk to their 'rivals' like this (unless he was established as the 'most popular boy' in school) as opposed to bantering/gushing mutually over an idol lol

Considering there's a 'romance' tag (unless it's just b/c they're both crushing even if it's unrequited) does that mean it'll end up with one of them actually going out with him? be a hilarious troll ending if they both confessed at the same time and it's like "Sorry I'm gay" or so (although in actual cases like that other than them like graduating and never seeing each other again so it wouldn't matter, most guys would just politely reject and be vague about liking someone else and not talk about their orientation)
