I had that thought too, but if they wanted it to be "BOOBIES" then they would use 1 rather than a 7.

But at the angle we're seeing it, a 7 doesn't really work as a T either. At the angle we see it, it looks close enough to an I, which is what really counts moreso than following "proper" 1337speak conventions (of course 1337speak was never supposed to have proper conventions in the first place, but that's another story entirely).

You can force-read it as "I" but it doesn't explain why the author didn't just use "1" if it's really "BOBBIES".

Oh, so that was your own addition? Since it was just numbers and Japanese writing also uses arabic numerals, I just assumed that the tablet contents were something that didn't need to be translated and was the same as the original. In that case, what was on the tablet originally?

It just said "oppai" in handwritten hiragana. There's a lot of handwritten text in the raws. I do try to mimic that style while redrawing so I hope there won't be too much confusion.
