So Leon is just retarded. As if some1 would give a single shit about prefects after such egregious incident with teachers. It's basically a crime\act of terrorism. Even if teachers won't find out who is behind this (and that's impossible considering how many people was involved), disbanding prefects or at least cut their authority is high likely, and strict teachers oversight for a long time will be ensured. It's all so dumb, this manga just went downhill after pre-election campaign.
