Alright, the girl has no right to complain when she spent the entire manga telling the MC to buzz off and that his role is that of medicine only. This isn't the protagonist's place to apologize, it is her who needs to realize she caught feelings for him and just placed the responsibility of her emotions on someone else.

As badly as I want that to happen for once I'm not gonna hold my breath for it. With MC being cutoff mid-thought and there only being 5 chapters left I suspect that MC is going to try and approach her first and try to apologize, probably also confess if he realized how he felt during that thought. The whole "You never know what you have til its gone" sorta thing, not that she's really gone. Know what I mean?
