I disagree with the TL's note. Many of the older series hv the kind of innocence and simplicity that makes reading them relaxing and stress-free, unlike many modern manga which tend to complicate everything. IMO, they hv their unique charm and can def. hold their own against modern tales.

With modern life itself so complex, older series r like a breath of fresh air for they remind us of a childhood seen with eyes untainted by the reality experienced as grown-ups.

And let's not forget that those among them that hv withstood the test of time r bound to be classics, enjoyable for both those (now adults) that grew up reading/watching them as children as well as by each succeeding generation of kids.

@leechXlurk Just speaking from a general public's perspective, which you can already tell by the ever rising "trending" series that drive readers into lots of flame wars. But yes, I'm doing these classic manga not only for nostalgic, but because I grew up with them and I know there are still readers out there who enjoy these series like you said :D

We're in for a ride with this one though, 33 main chapters and 87 spin-off chapters, so I'm more than excited to bring them all to MangaDex :v

Ah, the good old days. I still have one tankobon of this in my house, officially translated to my language by a publisher. Now they don't sell it anymore.

See, Nobita, all you need is swap your round-frame glasses with a square-frame one to make your own Doraemon.

@RonBWL Thank you for translating. I still have fun reading this just like I did as a kid. Once you finish with all your current projects, I'd recommend you to pick up Hitoribocchi no Uchuu Sensou, which you might have read as Chiến tranh vũ trụ. Most people don't know that besides children friendly series, 3F also has talents for writing sci-fic/supernatural seinen.

@youdontknowwho I'll see what I can do, 3F series are pretty hard to come by nowadays in English so we'll have to make do with what we managed to preserve :v
