There's only so many feelings you can cover in so few chapters. Trying to cover everything I'd consider a mistake. So in that regard I believe this did an amazing job zeroing in on that feeling of inadequacy that a lot of us feel when confronted with a person we consider better than ourselves. It did a good job emphasizing communication regardless of how embarrassing too.
