The story is setup and even named to give clear indication there will never be actual sex except maybe as an endgame payoff.

It also makes complete sense from his point of view. If his exp gets found out It would be a complete disaster for his own life, and dangerous for everyone else, If not ending up with him taken by the government or something similar. And y'all going 'but no girl actually die' are forgetting that didn't happen precisely because MC minimizes contact. Handshakes faint people, imagine actual dickings

I agree it's stupid to set up this world and then make It a purely "he Will touch some boobs at best" work but MC is entirely correct in keeping It as low profile as possible.

I honestly expected Sensei to regrow her missing arm after touching MC back in the first chapters but it seems that EXP doesn't heal you, so, sadly, as far as we know right now, it won't work.

Humans don't often grow back their limbs in general. I was going off the fact more EXP allows to progress into more hazardous environment, so it must be giving some protection.
While I don't know if humans can naturally get rid of curses either, so I was just speculating it could be possible.

Gal mother situation gets worse as the curse is lethal when it gets to the brain, she thought to have more time as it was in the ower body but it started to spread in a weird way, I think getting to her lungs, MC decides to help her, they have daily session with massive amount of exp being given.
One day she gets a report of the petrification having spread even more wildly, they have a even more intimate session that leaves her drenched and convulsing.
She goes to the dungeon with her normal clothes and poor gear or normal rentable stuff, she goes on a solo expedition and return 3-7 days later, with some injuries and her uniform tattered, but with the peach (together with some other stuff she found and another miracle fruit she mistook for the peach).
They run to the hospital and give it to the mother that rcovers almost istantly, big happy cry moment.
After that MC and Gal have a nice talk, she then leaves the story for the following chapters, wanting to stay close to the her mother for rehabilitation and family time, reasonable, is even so that MC can pass to the next girl, like when it passed from "tutorial" one armed sensei.
Gal level at the end of the "sessions" was around 200-250.

iirc the girls can level up through normal means of dungeon diving but being a hoe is just ALOT faster. In minecraft terms its loke would you rather get exp from a mob farm or go out and explore for naturally spawning mobs

after waking up and not sure what had happened, her hair had turned white for the experience, it was the first girl MC had touched so she got the maximum % of exp possible through that relatively short contact, she remembered and connected the dots later, she tried to visit MC but he had moved away and his parents kept silent.
And yes, her being unconscious for a while and the massive level up would make anyone think she got gangraped, can't blame her parents.
The weakest part of that arc is how she and MC had no way to contact themselves, nor ever tried to, she gone personally but didn't try a letter or message app, and this manga is not in the '80s, MC is even worse, he feared having killed her and never asked anybody or tried to search info about it, terrible writing from the author because no way the news of a dead schoolmate wouldn't reach him.

He is contacted from the manager later that understood what happened, I have to read more.

I've googled the japanese raw name and one of the first results was a page with the web novel in it, using google translate I was able to read the chapters.
MAchine translation made giant steps in the last 5 years, only a decade ago trying to read a ncode raw novel gave me brain nausea and rewired my brain for a short time after, making hard to reac correct sentences in normal writing.
