I have a headcanon that when Kiichi was growing up, he got a lot of his quirks from Jinsei, seeing as Jinsei is a good friend of Seiko's. Jinsei had his own chapter in Oton that's now been retconned, and in one of the last chapters of Oton, you can see Seiko and Jinsei picking up trash together, so I like thinking that Kiichi had an uncle Jinsei who showed up every once in a while
