Cover demands I read it, but Koike Kazuo was a weirdo. Wish me luck.

Edit: Alright, that cover probably doesn't belong to the manga. Radically different art.
Also you can tell the author developed his storytelling style in the 60's and 70's.

I'm not sure if I'll be a fan of the water-colorey art, but I'm gonna keep reading anyway. Lol.

This art style just isn't for me but I will stick until the ending to see how it goes.

While the art is fine the story and the characters are just so stupid. It doesn't make sense. The part that I just can't get over is the fact that he rapes her and she falls in love with him?
WTF! The author is one sick idiot.

Prettu interesting, great art style for its age. Story is a bit weird; but I’m hooked now.

Classic Koike. Feels kind of sacrilegious knowing what the hell is happening, after all, that was the main source of enjoyment from the anime.
I recommend watching the anime. The subs were machine translated by a guy from taiwan and the second episode's subs weren't ripped properly and are transparent. It's a great time.
