One thing I realized I didn't expand on in my post for the previous chapter:

Because isekai stories are so often one directional, we're only ever presented with a protagonist who has to come to terms of the reality of a world they always thought of as fantasy or fiction.

But here we're presented also with a dutarogonist who apparently in just 3 days had been able to adapt to the opposite: that the world she always saw as reality is seen from the outside as fiction.
