That 'golden' needs a little explanation.

From what I've heard, in Japan once you've had your license a number of years without accidents or such issues, you'll get a golden card, as reward for excellent driving record. However, should you ever get a ticket or get in an accident, it'll be revoked and you'll be left with the regular license.
Now, try guess what kind of people tend to have those cards, based on the above?
