This was amazingly well written. Sweet and sexy and totally heart melting.
I would not call their character trans woman though. On the genderqueer spectrum perhaps, but I'd still say this is a romance between two men.

This was actually the first BL that I ever read and I stumbled upon it while looking for Genderswap Manga. To be clear this is not a Genderswap Manga and in a lot of ways it's not a normal BL either. What is conventional for BL is 'straight' guy discovers anal sex and 'turns gay'.
Less conventional is a seme that is all for consent and doesn't try to influence or coerce the uke in any way. To be fair at times the uke is really annoying but he's also the source of most the humor.
To sum, up a fun read if you're looking for something a bit different
