I appreciate your drive translating a random Kochikame chapter just for the Osomatsu references. I would do the same.

Also it's funny seeing this in an era where the Matsuno brothers actually have distinctive designs now.

Back in the day you could find videos of '66 Osomatsu-kun on NicoNico where fans could pinpoint which sextuplet was talking sometimes based solely on which voice actress was speaking. As someone that watched several episodes myself I was able to also notice a barely perceptible "personality pattern" in the few times they were identified (that randomly got replicated in the 1988 anime and Osomatsu-san as well). Even if it might have been unintentional from either Akatsuka or any of the anime production teams, if you ever had a hyperfocus on the sextuplets at some point, you just get what Ryotsu was saying.

deep in my heart i'd have loved to see the "salaryman" -san concept but anything that brings eyes to akatsuka is warranted in this day and age unfortunately

funny thing is this is a reupload...released this chapter last year and it was one of the many takedown casualties. i think the coast is clear now. additionally i'd done some cleanup on it since then so consider this release a V2

those days in the 2017 osomatsu fandom trenches were brutal for me, but ryotsu knowing who each of the sextuplets are based on almost-identical drawings he himself did is a lot funnier and less commendable than going through and individually identifying based on voice actresses heard. that's real shit

and the noses of the girl cop and of the handsome cop are so long and pointy , they looks like pinochio 's nose .
