Pretty different from the usual BL faire, even though it's firmly rooted in the genre. In particular, it manages to make it's "work buddies" premise really work; it comes off not so much a romance that happens to be in the office, but rather as a romance that specifically thrives in the embattled trenches of workplace.

Also makes out civil servants as Really Cool Dudes, which is a plus. (It also glorifies overwork, but let's let that one slide for today).
