Iirc, you can donate Apheresis after 1 month, but with limitation 4 times a year, or that was the rule in my country

Eh in my country you can donate plasma via apheresis every 15 days, if you can stand having your arms pricked that often. I limit myself to once every two months; these days it's a much better experience since the needle for apheresis is the same as for blood, some decades ago it was bigger since it had two holes, one for drawing blood and the other for reinfusion.

I was asked if I wanted to do this for a while, and so I donated plasma once a month for 4 months. after that it was back to my normal schedule with a 500 ml blood donation every three months. It was a strange feeling when the unused components were pumped back in, they felt much colder than the blood going out.
