Talking to you is just beyond pointless. For as long as the raw chapters, which are targeted at the people who can actually buy the manga, i.e. the japs, are available on the internet, the author won't do jackshit about english translations that have literally no affect on sales. That's like sitting in a burning house and calling the plumber instead of the fire department because your tap is dripping.
Your entire argument boils down to a bunch of big "Ifs", which at most would result on a slap on the wrist as the scanlator isn't even making money by doing this.
And your example is still rubbish because the author was not troubled by scanlations being released, but by scanlations being released before the actual manga. That's called a leak, had those leaks come out after the manga had ended(which this manga did), he would certainly not give a shit. So no, it's not relevant.
You actually saying that your example is still relevant makes it clear that you don't understand what you're even talking about. So if you have any great points to make, do so, I'm done explaining this to you.
