This is possibly the dumbest thread I've walked into for a while, and that's saying something. Nothing like randomly making up shit about an author's or reader's intentions because of personal bias while being totally wrong about every single part of it, something that would have been obvious after a single goddamn google search.

And the people "worrying" about the age gap between a potential fictional couple - a very common thing in both manga in general as well as ones written by or for women - is just the cherry on top.

It's honestly kind of incredible. I wasn't that interested in the series but now I'll follow it for sure if the comment section keeps turning into the world's most retarded slapfights.

There's a reason the Chinese developed the slur 白左 for people like you, you know. They don't have an equivalent slur for non-westerners that do that, because non-westerners don't do it enough for them to need a term for it. I hope you're at least smart enough to understand the difference between a generalization and someone saying "everything is exactly this and only this" because I'd struggle to make this point any simpler.

I really like the premise, too Maybe if the girl was a uni student, and the guy was just like 20. If not this, maybe it could have a non-romance angle, where it's a sort of apprenticeship situation.
