This much is pretty normal tho. MC being perceptive on stuff like this is normal, and MC being the most kind human being on planet to the point he's rizzing everyone just by being a good guy without second intentions is the norm.

I was mainly trying to say how all of a sudden the 'dense' protags of these manga are suddenly perceptive when the plot wants them to.
