LOL cute, i wonder how common it is to make bento for a potential partner in other countries, I couldn't cook at that age at all (i barely do now but i'd rather someone skilled making stuff for me if i'm not just heating something in the toaster oven), but even so i def would be lazy to do something like a lunch/bento even for a friend let alone crush/partner even if i made some for myself, maybe as a 'birthday' gift but even weekly would be a pain let alone daily lol (tho i can imagine some JP teens asking their parents to use the rice cooker overnight and just putting preferred side dishes themselves)
