It's pretty unusual for a "lucky pervert" protagonist to think about the phenomenon from the other person's perspective. Usually they only focus on their own problems with it (it makes people hate them) and don't feel much empathy for how embarrassing it must be for the other party.
Now is the subversion (Sakura didn't cause the curse) going to played straight or double subverted (Sakura didn't consciously bestow the curse, but did so unconsciously out of some misguided future jealousy/protection)?

@Pandawanka
He tries to be a wingman, so I'd say he is a good friend. Girls hate MC? With MC's mindset he doesn't get to befriend girls anyway so chill bro.
Though backstabbers and blackmailers are the worst.
@monkey123 No, his friend uses him to creep on girls, which in turn causes them to hate MC. He's absolutely a bad friend.
He's not trying to be a wingman, and if he is he's spectacularly bad at it.
Aside from that though, an Oni romance manga? Hell YES I'm so ready for this.
@DrHizzle
What difference is there if he ignores all girls or they hate him because of the curse? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ At least he could get eye candy whenever he wants. His friend is just calm about it so what?
Oni romance? Oni? I think about Shuten Doujin. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
@monkey123 The reason he didn't want to hand it to her is the chance that he accidentally touched her hand. It's still entirely possible for him to at least be acquaintances with girls, but his friend is making that harder by being a creep and forcing him to touch them, in turn making girls actively avoid him.
Also normal people wouldn't want to put someone else into a really uncomfortable situation just to get a peep at their underwear.
@monkey123 Wingman? The way he talks he's very aware of the shit that happens when MC touches girls, and has known for a long time. Despite that he still makes him touch them and then says "I love these moments" so clearly he doesn't care about the fact it's causing his friend distress or that his friend gets glares from women, he just cares about the gratification that comes with the curse which is not his problem.
I dunno dude, "eye candy whenever he wants" isn't exactly a healthy way to look at it. Maybe take try to look at things from someone else's perspective.
