It's nice to see the color kimonos at the end after the (black and white) chapter spends so much time saying how bright and colorful they are!
And yes, page 21, starting at the top is a faux pas with formal afternoon tea. You're supposed to start at the bottom with the finger foods, then middle layer is the scones, then finally top layer is the sweets for last.
