Hello everyone. Very sorry for the really late update but, that's how long it took for the latest chapter to come out. Last raw chapter was released 1st of April and the latest chapter came fresh out of the oven just today. See?


And, sorry to disappoint, but the guy from vol 4 ss is... voice drama exclusive appearance only? If you've listened to the voice drama you might already know who he is.

So like vol 3, vol 5 is another setup vol for events preceding the next vol. If you don't like the setup vol like in 3, you could just skip it. Vol 6 is where it starts snowballing and shit gets real around vol 7-9 if you wanna check back in then. But vol 5 does contain some of my favourite parts in the novels

vol 4 English official digital also comes out on the 5th August and mid August for physical, if you would like to grab a physical copy and support the author. Please think of my translation just as a several months advanced copy.

Christ I'm so sick of the constant cyclical whinging about Lloyd leaving, or taking the sword, or being left alone in this cursed world... hurry up and move the plot along! it's been repetitive for the last ten chapters. I want the FMC back in the world, or some sort of change.

The last bonus chapter annoyed me because it shows the FMC in 'guardian mode' where she looks confident and firm, but I swear she's been like that all of 2 pages in this entire comic so far. She's mostly been an assortment depressed, weak, and crying every other page.
The hook of the series is interesting, but I can only be left dangling so long.
